To Successful Webmasters: What is the biggest secret you have regarding success as a Webmaster?

How much would you be willing to charge for giving out this secret? Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want to pay anything, but I will give out my biggest secret as a successful Webmaster. My secret is this: polish up on your knowledge of what it takes to have a successful website. Upon giving out your secret, can you see the readers of this question and aswers to be just as successful as you are. Please leave out such answers like “there are hundreds of things” or “too many secrets, not enough time” or “If I told you, I’d have to kill you” or “each webmaster needs different things to get better” or “if I told you, it wouldn’t be a secret” or “why should, I tell You” or “give the job to Joe Smoe, he is the man for the job.”

Erm… yeah, obviously! If you ask me, your ‘biggest secret’ is a bit of a cop out, I mean it hardly qualifies as a secret.
And no I’m not going to reveal such information.
