Can someone not let you join a site because they don’t like the webmaster of another site you’re on?

The person who owns the site can do what he pleases its called private property rights if you.
Unfortunately, yes. It’s rather absurd to transfer a gripe with another camsite owner onto girls who will potentially bring him more business, but it’s his website and he can pretty much run it how he chooses.
