How can we get the webmaster of Cruel.com to go back to the old superior format of his web site?

I’ve been a regular at Cruel.com for years. It was a great site for finding amusing (and cruel) links every day back when it was called “Cruel Site of the Day”. It had a vibrant, easy to use message board that regulars could interact on. In the past year the webmaster switched to more of a blog format, completely re-designed the site and removed the most important features from the forums. You can’t even reference the post you are replying to let alone edit a post once submitted. The web master said he made the changes to improve advertising revenue but has admitted this has not come about. We have all begged him to admit his new design sucks and to restore the lost functionality. Yet he turns a deaf ear to us. Suggestions have floated about ranging from contributing to the webmaster’s beer fund to getting him hookers. What can we do to convince the web master to bring Cruel.com back to its former glory? Is there any hope for this once great “Bitter Aftertaste of the Web”?
